A collection of 18 short stories.  All stories contain Allingham’s surprise endings and suspenseful tales.  A handful do include her private detective Albert Campion.  It was published posthumously.  A Quarter of a Million is a novella and was first published as The Mystery Man of Soho in 1933,.  The Allingham Minibus was also published as Mr Campion’s Lucky day and other stories.
